Physicians in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology conduct many research projects aimed at improving the care patients receive. The following clinical trials are accepting new patients. If your UM pediatric endocrinologist thinks that it would be to your child’s benefit to participate in a trial, the potential benefits and drawbacks will be clearly explained to you.

Evaluation of genetic mechanisms involved in short stature
Evaluation of patients with abnormalities of sexual differentiation
The applicability and benefit of a multimedia CD-ROM as an adjunct to outpatient diabetes education
