Center for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics


The subspecialty of Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics evaluates, counsels and provides treatment for children, adolescents and their families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral difficulties such as:

  • Learning disorders including dyslexia, writing difficulties, math disorders and other school-related learning problems
  • Developmental disabilities including Autism and selective mutism
  • Attention and behavioral disorders including AD/HD, oppositional/defiant behavior and conduct disorders
  • Regulatory disorders including incontinence of urine or stool, bed wetting, and complicated toilet-training issues
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Bipolar disorder
