CRUNCHTIME™

CRUNCHTIME™ is a 9 -month program where children work directly with our experienced team. The program begins with:

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation to determine your child’s current fitness level and to define realistic exercise goals. Nutritional Assessment with a pediatric registered dietitian. Bone Density Scan to assess your child’s bone strength and quality.

	Body Composition Evaluation to determine your child’s amount of body fat and muscle mass. Our team will monitor your child’s progress and modify the program as his/her needs change.

After completion of a 3-month program, our staff will help your child sustain progress, providing guidance for an at-home exercise regimen. The benefits continue both inside and outside our fitness center!
