About the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology

UM pediatric otolaryngologists use the most sophisticated techniques and technology to provide outstanding patient care for all forms of head and neck surgery for:

Laryngotracheal disorders

Sinonasal disorders

Neck masses

Problems of the ear and hearing

Conditions requiring facial plastic surgery including Cleft lip and palate.

Leading the forefront of pediatric otolaryngology at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is Dr. Ramzi T. Younis, Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology. 

In conjunction with the services provided by Dr. Ramzi T. Younis, the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology also offers voice and language therapy, outpatient appointments, testing and surgery at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute on the University’s medical campus.  Additionally, the Division is currently in the planning stages for a multi-specialty center for voice, language, sinus and airway problems in children.
