Social Work Training Program

The training program for social work provides training for 15 students, yearly, from two schools of social work. They are trained in serving the domestic violence population, consisting of women and children survivors of domestic violence. The students also receive training in working with one of several HIV populations. Further training consists of participation in evaluating the mother/child dyad of young children (birth to 5) from the domestic violence population. Women survivors over 50 are included in the service population.
