Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics
The subspecialty of Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics evaluates, counsels and provides treatment for children, adolescents and their families with a wide range of developmental and behavioral difficulties.
- Learning disorders including dyslexia, writing difficulties, math disorders and other school-related learning problems
- Developmental disabilities including Autism and selective mutism
- Attention and behavioral disorders including AD/HD, oppositional/defiant behavior and conduct disorders
- Regulatory disorders including incontinence of urine or stool, bed wetting, and complicated toilet-training issues
- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Bipolar disorder
We offer two programs in Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics: Interdisciplinary Evaluation Service (IDES) and the Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic.
